A Bold, Celebratory Tribute: Announcing "Purple Reign"
The "glow" never stays static. AfterGlow Chorus is officially scheduling choir auditions for our Spring '26 concert program, "Purple Reign." This program is our musical tribute to mark the 10th anniversary of Prince's passing in 2016.
This celebratory tribute—centered on the music of Prince, but featuring fantastic works across many genres—promises to be our most exciting production yet. Whether our choir is performing soaring a cappella arrangements or soulful accompanied works, "Purple Reign" will be a highlight of the East Bay's spring arts calendar.

We are currently seeking experienced singers from Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco, and across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. How to Audition
We are currently scheduling choir auditions on a rolling basis for qualified singers at our audition location in Oakland. While our weekly rehearsals take place at the First Presbyterian Church of Oakland, individual auditions are held separately (details provided upon scheduling).
